Being a Newborn Baby Photographer is definitely the best job in the world!

Whenever I hear of a baby being born it fills me with joy, I love those first few, awe filled days, when you bring a life into the world.  You get home and spend hours just staring at this little bundle, not quite believing they are yours!  You are filled with hopes and dreams for the future, everything is new and exciting.  No one knows how their story will pan out, but right here in front of you is your new beginning.  Time goes so quickly…we can’t slow it down, but with a newborn photoshoot you will have pictures that will evoke those beautiful feelings forever.  Those moments, those wonderful emotions are what we aim to capture during your newborn photography session at my studio in Ongar. I specialise in newborn baby photoshoots and have spent years training in this.  Safety is key to all  baby photography sessions and I have invested heavily in making this experience magical and stress free.  I have a lovely selection of props and backdrops which are all available to you.  My aim is to create beautiful pieces of artwork to compliment your home, so each shoot is tailored to your tastes and colour schemes. We can discuss this at an initial consultation or when you arrive for your shoot. You are more than welcome to come in and have a look round at my photography studio before you book in with me.

When is the best time to book a newborn baby photography photoshoot?

I recommend that you book early to guarantee that I will have a space around your baby’s arrival date. I only take a certain amount of newborn bookings each month to guarantee I will be available for you. I know that babies rarely make an appearance when expected so we book a place 10th day after your due date and if baby arrives earlier or later we can reschedule a firm date. Due to the unpredictable nature of births, I do sometimes have last minute availability so please contact me directly if your baby has already arrived and I will do my best to fit you in. Book Now!

Pricing:​

To book your Newborn Session you have to pay deposit of £99 on a weekday or £149 on the weekend this will be deducted from photography package price. Newborn sessions usually take between 3-3,5 hours.  I Highly recommend booking a full session as it gives more time for the baby to fall asleep and feed, while a mini session is strictly 1 hour and I take what I can. But if you are on the budget and want only a few images of your new bundle of joy alone, then you can go for a Mini session.

After session I will show you images and you have to purchase photography package. The smallest package purchase is required on the day of your session. Up to 1 week after session I will make online gallery with all images from your session, then you can choose images for editing. You have 1 week to do that. Edited images will be ready with in 2 weeks from the sessions day. If you want your session on a weekend there is a small fee of £50 to be added to your package price.
